What resources do we have?
We have modern and flexible facilities with the capacity to manufacture 6,000 tons/year:
- 6,000 m² of production space across 4 buildings dedicated to manufacturing, painting, and logistics.
- CNC machinery for machining profiles and laminated beams up to 12,000 mm.
- High-definition XPR170 plasma cutting system (6000 × 2000 table).
- TA 6020 L 6300 6 kW automatic tube laser.
- 10 overhead cranes.
- Specialized platform for loading into maritime containers and multi-platform transport.
Certifications:
- UNE EN 1090 EXC3 (since 2013).
- Certified welding procedures.

The use of collaborative platforms such as Trimble Connect and BIM Review enables real-time model sharing, progress coordination, and solution validation with clients and integrators, improving process efficiency and avoiding unnecessary costs.
In addition, comprehensive project management and traceability are ensured through Strumis, a dedicated tool that provides precise control over every stage—from planning to final delivery.
